What to include in your email
- App name and version
- Device model and OS version (for example, iPhone 14 / iOS 18)
- Detailed description of the issue or question
- Steps to reproduce the issue, if applicable
- Screenshots or screen recordings (if available)
- For purchase issues: Apple App Store or Google Play receipt or order number
Support coverage
- Installation or login problems
- In-app purchases (IAP), subscriptions, restoring purchases
- App crashes, performance problems, UI issues
- Data, privacy, or account deletion requests
- General questions or feedback
Purchases, refunds, and billing
All payments and refunds for mobile apps are managed by Apple or Google.
For refund requests, please use Apple's "Report a Problem" page or Google Play's "Order History" page.
I can provide general guidance if you contact me by email.
Data and privacy
I handle your data according to my Privacy Policy.
If you wish to access, correct, or delete your personal data, please contact me by email.
Availability
Support is available on business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Responses may be delayed during maintenance or high-traffic periods.

Support is available in Japanese and English. You can write in either language.
